We offer Premium MLS Entry-Only Listings at $1,499.00 Per Listing. This option could save you $10's of thousands of dollars over the cost of a traditional listing package.
If you're a hands-on seller or perhaps an investor who loves to be more involved in the day-to-day process of selling your property and you are willing to do additional legwork with your own listing, than our Premium MLS Entry-Only listing may be for you!
All Listings Include:
1. Integrated Facebook marketing of your listing through our Team's page. Your listing will reach thousands of Facebook viewers in your local market.
2. Listing in the MLS within 1 business day of receiving all pertinent documents.
3. Excellent High Level customer service. You'll deal directly with one of the CHARTHOUSE owners.
4. 50+ Photos Allowed (Professional photography optional at an additional cost).
5. Your Listing will syndicate to websites like Zillow and Trulia plus hundreds of other national and local websites through MLS and .IDX integration.
6. You choose whether you'd like to offer an additional Buyer's Agent commission. (All Real Estate commissions are negotiable.)
7. Your listing can be cancelled at your convenience
